I have came to realize that I post quite a bit in this forum.. Apologizes.

So, Lately I have been researching into what people call Spirit guides and Spirit Animals, I am curious weather they're a Spirit that follows you and guides you, or just a though-form that does the same?

It is commonly known to be a Shamanistic thing but it is in other cultures also, I am curious if it is sort of like a "Way of life" if you will. They have been Meditation methods to speak and connect with them throughout the Internet, but most of them are probably fakes. So may someone please share their information on these Spirit guides and Animals so I may learn even more about them.

Spirit guides are actual entities that choose to follow and help you in your endevours for whatever reason, either for their own gain, or due to past life connection, etc. There are cases people can create thoughtforms to act as spirit guides but they arent the same, actual spirit guides have souls, thoughtforms do not.

Spirit guides and spirit animals aren't really different outside of guide can be anything other than animals, and the other a bit self explanatory.
